‘Chasing the Jet Stream’ follows the adventures of Marc Hauser from Switzerland, who wants to be the first skydiver in the world to jump into the jet stream at 8,000 to 10,000 meters of altitude to establish a new horizontal speed record and also bring attention to the new technology of airborne wind energy systems.
This documentary from renowned filmmaker Claudio von Planta has been broadcasted in December on BBC World News.
