In order to prepare the company for its next steps towards commercialization, TwingTec’s shareholders have elected four new board members at the last general assembly.
TwingTec’s new chairman is Reyad Fezzani who has an esteemed track record with more than 30 years as a global business executive in the energy sector. Today he is very well rooted in the startup scene in Silicon Valley. Marc Ganne-Chédeville and Marie-Pierre Dhers bring strong expertise from the aviation sector, Marc on the production and O&M side and Marie-Pierre from the financing and operations side. Dr. Tommaso Ghidini adds his wealth of technical and management expertise to the board. Starting his career at DLR and Airbus he is now the head of the Structures, Mechanisms and Materials Division at ESA. The board will be advised by Marco Arcelli, who is very well established in the utility sector.
