Florian Bezard | Production & Testing Engineer
Florian has always been passionate about mechanics. At the age of two, he got his first mountain bike, and has spent most of his free time outdoors appreciating and respecting nature and the elements ever since. This passion strongly impacted his education, daily life, and desire to have a meaningful career. Florian came to Empa to perform his Master Thesis on lightweight structures, and is an expert in the design, construction and testing of composite structures. Since starting to work for TwingTec he has fabricated numerous Twings and supports the test team during field tests. He also designs, builds and tests our composite structures. Working on innovative technology with an impactful purpose, while surrounded by a great team is what motivates him to wake up every morning.
